This is actually French actress Charlotte Véry, from the German TV-movie "Ins Blaue" ("Voyage Surprise"), 1990; the image is cropped, here's a complete screen from this scene, including Barbara Rudnik (and Christof Wackernagel).



Image name says Valandrey, but it's really Charlotte Véry.
